Always wanted to try ballet, or miss it from years ago? This class is for you. Adult Ballet at LOUD Vista is a welcoming, low-pressure class where you will learn classic ballet technique while building strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. We start at the barre, move to center work, and finish with a graceful combination you can be proud of. No experience needed. No tutu required. Just comfortable clothes, bare feet or ballet shoes, and a willingness to have fun. Come as you are, leave feeling longer, stronger, and lighter.
